We envision a future where identification of issues and management of their solutions happens in a proactive manner, rather than waiting for citizens to reach a breaking point and report them. We aren’t looking for a future reminiscent of “Minority Report.” We should, however, be predicting negative impacts of solutions on the citizen experience and actively working to alleviate them with future solutions.
